Ξεκίνησα ψυχοθεραπεία πιστεύοντας πως το μόνο μου πρόβλημα ήταν τα περιττά κιλά μου. Κατάλαβα ότι πίσω από το βάρος υπήρχε πίεση, άγχος και πράγματα που κουβαλούσα χρόνια μέσα μου. Η Εύη με βοήθησε να καταλάβω ότι τα κιλά δεν ήταν το πραγματικό πρόβλημα, αλλά κάτι που είχε δημιουργηθεί από όλα όσα καταπίεζα και κρατούσα μέσα μου χρόνια. Για πρώτη φορά νιώθω ότι είμαι καλά με τον εαυτό μου και βλέπω ότι αλλάζει και η σχέση μου με το φαγητό. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Eίχα δοκιμάσει και στο παρελθόν να δουλέψω με άλλους ειδικούς, όμως για πρώτη φορά ένιωσα ότι κάποιος με καταλαβαίνει πραγματικά και με βοηθά ουσιαστικά. Με στήριξε πολύ στο να ξεπεράσω το χρόνιο άγχος και για πρώτη φορά μετά από πολύ καιρό ένιωσα ότι μπορώ να ηρεμήσω και να απολαύσω ξανά απλές και όμορφες στιγμές με τα παιδία μου χωρίς συνεχόμενη ένταση και σκέψεις.
