Kassotaki Eirini MSc

Eirini Kassotaki is a Psychologist, graduate of the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Rethymno (2008), with a specialization in Medical Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as further training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH). She implements evidence-based therapeutic interventions within her clinical and counseling practice.

She maintains a private practice, providing mental health services through individual and group sessions, counseling, and support for children, adolescents, and adults.

In the course of her professional career, she has volunteered as a psychologist at the Heraklion Mental Health Center (2009) and at the Heraklion Social Clinic, and has collaborated with the private maternity clinic "Mitera Kritis". Additionally, she has worked as a psychologist at the Day Care Center for Persons with Disabilities "Right to Life" in Kalessa, Heraklion.

In recent years, she worked as a substitute psychologist in public education, both in Primary and Secondary Education, providing support to students of general and special education, as well as to parents and educators. She was a member of the Special Education Team (Ε.Δ.Υ.) at the Special Education Centers of the First Dodecanese and actively participates as a Psychologist – member of the Special Education Team at the Special Education Centers of Heraklion.

Her work emphasizes scientifically substantiated intervention, the establishment of a trust relationship, and comprehensive support of the individual, tailoring each intervention to the needs of the child, adolescent, or adult.
