Σε αυτό το κέντρο δουλεύουν παιδιά με όρεξη και συνέπεια μα πάνω απ’ολα με ανθρωπιά. Έρχομαι σε αυτό το κέντρο και γω και ο σύζυγος μου αρκετά χρόνια κάθε φορά που το χρειαζόμαστε. Δεν το αλλάζουμε και γι’αυτο το λόγο το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Έχω κάνει θεραπεία για παραπάνω από ένα θέμα υγείας που αντιμετώπιζα κ ήταν πάντα εκεί να σε αντιμετωπίσουν με ανθρωπιά κ με γνώση !!!! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!!

    Κυριοι, καλημερα. Απο μαγνητικη τομογραφια ΟΜΣΣ σε τρια επιπεδα "παρατηρειται εικονα οστικου οιδηματος κατω επιφανεια του Θ12, Ο1, Ο2, Ο3, Ο4 καθως και προσφατες εκφυλιστικες αλλοιωσεις..) Σας ειναι ευκολο να μου πειτε ποιες υπηρεσιες φυσικοθεραπειας ενδεικνυται για την περιπτωση μου? (tecar, διαμαγνητικη αντλια (periso), manual therapy κ.λ.π). Ευχαριστω εκ των προτερων. Η γνωμη σας θα ειναι σημαντικη για την αντιμετωπιση του προβληματος μου.

    • Καλησπέρα σας.

      Το οστικό οίδημα σε πολλαπλά επίπεδα (Θ12-Ο4) υποδηλώνει μια φλεγμονώδη αντίδραση στο εσωτερικό των σπονδύλων, συνήθως λόγω έντονης μηχανικής φόρτισης ή τραυματισμού σε έδαφος εκφυλιστικών αλλοιώσεων. Η φυσικοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις πρέπει να είναι στοχευμένη και συνδυαστική.

      Σύμφωνα με τη σύγχρονη κλινική πρακτική, ενδείκνυνται τα εξής:

      Μαγνητικά Πεδία (Διαμαγνητική Αντλία / CTT): Αποτελεί συχνά τη θεραπεία εκλογής για το οστικό οίδημα. Βοηθά σημαντικά στην υποχώρηση του οιδήματος μέσω της μετακίνησης των υγρών και της κυτταρικής επαναπόλωσης σε βάθος, εκεί που δεν φτάνουν εύκολ      ... Read more

  • Ισχιαλγία

    Ισχιαλγία. Πόνος και μούδιασμα από το γλουτό μέχρι χαμηλά στη γάμπα στο αριστερό πόδι. Έκανα μαγνητική στη μέση. Έδειξε κήλη στον Ο4-5. Ο Ορθοπεδικός έδωσε Voltaren και Algofren και σύστησε φυσιοθεραπεία. Εδώ αρχίζει το πρόβλημα...... Ο Φ/Θ βάζει ρεύμα, θέρμανση, laser και κάνει μαλάξεις στο μήκος του ποδιού. Όμως, κάθε φορά (2 μέχρι τώρα) η κατάσταση είναι χειρότερη από πριν. Ο πόνος είναι περισσότερος και το μούδιασμα δεν φεύγει. Σε ρώτησή μου λέει να κάνω υπομονή, είναι νωρίς..... Όμως ο πόνος δεν παλεύεται πλέον. Τι μου συστήνετε....;;;;

      Η επιμονή και η επιδείνωση των συμπτωμάτων είναι σίγουρα ανησυχητική, αλλά μας δίνει σημαντικές πληροφορίες για το τι συμβαίνει στο σώμα σας.

      Με βάση την περιγραφή σας (πόνος στον γλουτό που κατεβαίνει στη γάμπα) και το εύρημα της μαγνητικής (Ο4-Ο5), η πίεση στο νεύρο είναι η πιθανότερη αιτία. Ωστόσο, υπάρχει πάντα και η πιθανότητα το νεύρο να πιέζεται χαμηλότερα, από κάποιον σφιχτό μυ στον γλουτό (Σύνδρομο Απιοειδούς), κάτι που συχνά μιμείται την ισχιαλγία.

      Ανεξάρτητα από το πού ακριβώς πιέζεται το νεύρο (στη μέση ή στον γλουτό), το γεγονός ότι ο πόνος αυξάνεται μετά τη θεραπεία σημαίνει ότι το νεύρο      ... Read more

  • Oστικό οίδημα

    Στις 11/8/25 πέφτοντας από τις σκάλες του σπιτιού μου έπαθα κάκωση στην Lisfranc γραμμή του αριστερού μου ποδιού. Έγινε σιγά σιγά αποκατάσταση χωρίς χειρουργική επέμβαση με σχετική ακινητοποίηση, αντιφλεγμονώδη, παυσίπονα. Στους 3 μήνες πόναγα μεν ακόμα αλλά άρχισα να νιώθω καλύτερα μέχρι πριν από 12 ημέρες και σχεδόν 4 μήνες από το ατύχημά μου αρχίζοντας να πονάω υπερβολικά και να δυσκολεύομαι να περπατήσω. Επανέλαβα τη μαγνητική τομογραφία στην περιοχή και βρέθηκε οστικό οίδημα στις κεφαλές των 2,3 μεταταρσίων καθώς και του ενδιάμεσου ιστού! Θα μπορούσε να βοηθήσει η διαμαγνητική αντλία; Πόσες συνεδρίες θα χρειαστούν και με ποια συχνότητα παρακαλώ! Υπάρχει κάτι άλλο που μπορώ να κάνω; Αναμένοντας την απάντησή σας, σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων και καλά Χριστούγεννα!

      Η περίπτωση της κάκωσης Lisfranc είναι πράγματι ύπουλη και απαιτεί μεγάλη υπομονή. Η υποτροπή που περιγράφετε στον 4ο μήνα (έντονος πόνος και νέο οστικό οίδημα) είναι συχνή επιπλοκή όταν το πόδι φορτίζεται (περπάτημα) πριν το οστό θωρακιστεί πλήρως. Το οστικό οίδημα σημαίνει πρακτικά ότι το οστό "στρεσάρεται" και φλεγμαίνει εσωτερικά.
