Ήταν μία εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας, πολύ ευγενική και γλυκιά. Μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη και φάνηκε γνώστρια. Δεν υπήρχε απόλυτη συνέπεια με τον χρόνο γιατί είχε δημιουργηθεί καθυστέρηση, όμως η όλη εξυπηρέτηση και η εξήγηση της κατάστασης υπήρχε εξ' αρχής και έτσι δεν ένοιωσα καθόλου δυσαρέσκεια. Συνολικά, πολύ καλή εμπειρία.
