Το 2010 πέτυχε βαθμολογία ρεκόρ στις πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις με 19780 μόρια και εισήλθε στην Ιατρική σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Αποφοίτησε το 2016, 1ος σε σειρά λαμβάνοντας έπαινο και το αριστείο της Ιατρικής Σχολής. Υπηρέτησε τη δωδεκάμηνη στρατιωτική του θητεία (2017-2018) ως υπαξιωματικός ιατρός της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας υπηρετώντας σε μεγάλο αριθμό μονάδων ανά την επικράτεια. Αποτελούν πρωτοπόρο τεχνολογία κατασκευασμένη στις Η.Π.Α. ικανή να προσφέρει ταυτόχρονα άριστη μακρινή και κοντινή όραση, με στόχο την πλήρη απαλλαγή από κάθε γυαλί όρασης, χωρίς παραγωγή δυσφωτοπικών φαινομένων.
