Όταν απευθύνθηκα στον κύριο Χρήστου είχα ανάγκη από υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση σε θέματα άγχους και διαχείρισης του χρόνου μου και κατά συνέπεια και του στρες που μου δημιουργούσε η ελλείψει χρόνου. Από την πρώτη συνεδρία, διαπίστωσα μια σταθερή προσέγγιση, επαγγελματισμό και ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον για την πορεία μου. Θα σας τον σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον/α αναζητά καθοδήγηση στην ψυχική του υγεία.

O κύριος Χρήστου άψογος επαγγελματίας. Έχω επισκεφτεί στο παρελθόν κ άλλους συμβούλους ψυχικής υγείας, ωστόσο θεωρώ ότι με τον κ Χρήστου βρήκα ένα άτομο που με βοηθά πραγματικά. Έχουμε κάνει αρκετές συνεδρίες τον τελευταίο χρόνο με έχει βοηθήσει πάρα πολύ στην καταστολή της χρονιάς διαταραχής του άγχους που έχω.

Επισκέφτηκα τον κύριο Χρήστου για να αντιμετωπίσω θέματα διαχείρισης άγχους. Από την αρχή ένιωσα ότι με άκουγε πραγματικά χωρίς καμία διάθεση κριτικής. Με βοήθησε να κατανοήσω καλύτερα τις σκέψεις μου και τα συναισθήματα μου και μου έδωσε τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία ώστε να μπορώ να διαχειρίζομαι καλύτερα το άγχος μου στη καθημερινότητα μου. Ο Πάνος με έκανε από την πρώτη συνεδρία να νιώσω ασφάλεια και εμπιστοσύνη. Είναι πάντα προσεκτικός, ακούει με ειλικρίνεια και χωρίς κριτική διάθεση, και με βοήθησε να βλέπω τα πράγματα με καθαρότερη ματιά. Η προσέγγισή του είναι επιστημονική αλλά και ανθρώπινη, κάτι που για μένα ήταν πολύ σημαντικό. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά ουσιαστική ψυχολογική υποστήριξη.

Ο κύριος Πάνος είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετικός θεραπευτής. Με βοήθησε να κατανοήσω το συναίσθημα μου και να συνδεθώ με τον εαυτό μου και με τους άλλους. Ένα μήνα πριν ξεκινήσω θεραπεία είχα πάθει κρίση πανικού και από τότε ζούσα με τον φόβο ότι θα μου ξανασυμβεί. Πλέον είμαι ήρεμη, δεν αγχώνομαι όπως συνήθιζα και έχω μάθει να οριοθετω ώστε να μην πιέζομαι. Φαίνεται ότι γνωρίζει το αντικείμενο του και μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη από την πρώτη συνεδρία.
