Απόφοιτος από το Τμήμα Φιλοσοφίας Παιδαγωγικής και Ψυχολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, ολοκλήρωσε την πενταετή μεταπτυχιακή του εκπαίδευση στην ψυχοθεραπεία στο Ινστιτούτο Ομαδικής Ανάλυσης Αθηνών, ενώ παράλληλα έκανε την κλινική του άσκηση στο Ανοικτό Ψυχοθεραπευτικό Κέντρο (2019 - 2024), με το οποίο ξεκίνησε άμεσα να συνεργάζεται ως Ψυχαναλυτής Ομάδας, στο Τμήμα Θεραπείας Ενηλίκων και στην Θεραπευτική Κοινότητα.

Παράλληλα, συνεργάζεται με τον Αθηναϊκό Καλλιτεχνικό Τεχνολογικό Αθηναϊκό Όμιλο (ΑΚΤΟ the art & design College) ως Υπεύθυνος του Κέντρου Συμβουλευτικής από το 2023, ενώ από 2024 διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στο Παγκράτι.

Στο παρελθόν έχει δραστηριοποιηθεί σε διαφορετικά πλαίσια ψυχικής υγείας και κοινωνικής φροντίδας. Ξεκίνησε ως εθελοντής στο θεραπευτικό προσωπικό του ΚΕΘΕΑ ΠΙΛΟΤΟΣ, στο Βόλο (2016–2017), εργάστηκε στη SolidarityNow ως Κοινωνικός Επιστήμονας με κύριο αντικείμενο την παιδική προστασία στο προσφυγικό (2019–2021) και την ψυχοκοινωνική υποστήριξη ασυνόδευτων ανήλικων προσφύγων και μονογονεϊκών οικογενειών.

Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση βασίζεται στις αρχές της Ομαδικής Ανάλυσης, η οποία εστιάζει στη δυναμική των διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων και στην καθοριστική επίδραση της στην εμπειρία του ατόμου. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, επικεντρώνεται στην κατανόηση του ατόμου μέσα στο κοινωνικό του δίκτυο, αναγνωρίζοντας ότι και οι συναισθηματικές δυσκολίες – αλλά και οι αλλαγές – προκύπτουν συχνά μέσα από τον τρόπο που σχετιζόμαστε και επικοινωνούμε.

Είναι ενεργό μέλος της Group Analytic Society International (GASi) και συμμετέχει τακτικά σε εθνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια, με επίκεντρο την ομαδική ανάλυση, την ψυχική υγεία και τις σύγχρονες προκλήσεις στην ψυχοθεραπεία.
