Η Αραβανή Μυρτώ MSc είναι Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια με πενταετή εκπαίδευση στη Σωματική Ψυχοθεραπεία (Biosynthesis Modality), ενώ εξειδικεύεται στην Ψυχοτραυματολογία και στη Θεραπεία του Ψυχικού Τραύματος ως Πιστοποιημένη Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια του NARM Greece. Σακελλαρόπουλος", το Ελληνικό Συμβούλιο για τους Πρόσφυγες, την Κοινωνική Μέριμνα του Δήμου Κηφισιάς και το Κοινοτικό Κέντρο της Rantakula, της πόλης Joensuu της Φινλανδίας. Ταυτόχρονα έχει απασχολήθεί με ποικίλα Προγράμματα Προαγωγής της Ψυχικής Υγείας, μερικά από τα οποία είναι το πρόγραμμα "Mental Health and Psychosocial Support" , το ERASMUS + CUP Project (Convicts Upskilling Pathways), το "Start School of Integration" ( σε συνεργασία με τη Social INNOV και τη Microsoft Hellas), ενώ από το 2021 σχεδιάζει κι εφαρμόζει το Working Alive Project το οποίο στοχεύει στην Προαγωγή της Ψυχικής Υγείας σε Εταιρίες και Οργανισμούς. Παρέχει δια ζώσης και online συνεδρίες.
