Σε μία δύσκολη περίοδο της ζωής μου και μετά από σύσταση φίλου, ξεκίνησα συνεδρίες με την κυρία Κωνσταντίνου και απ’ την πρώτη στιγμή αισθάνθηκα εμπιστοσύνη, ηρεμία και ασφάλεια, την ελευθερία να εκφράζομαι χωρίς τύψεις ή φόβο. Επίσης με βοήθησε στο να βάζω τις σκέψεις μου σε μια σειρά να συνειδητοποιώ τις συνέπειες των πράξεών μου και να ενεργώ με πιο υγιή και συνειδητό τρόπο στις σχέσης μου.
