Άψογη επαγγελματίας και πολύ φιλική.
Εξαιρετική επιλογή επιστήμονα σε οποιοδήποτε διατροφικό θέμα κ αν έχει κάποιος! Καταρτισμένη πλήρως , αναλυτική όσο πρέπει, αυστηρή εκεί που πρέπει, σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα και φυσικά δείχνει ενδιαφέρον στους ανθρώπους που την εμπιστεύονται!

Ξεκίνησα μόλις έμαθα ότι ήμουν έγκυος, καθώς λόγω παραπάνω κιλών, φοβόμουν τυχόν επιπλοκές...Έχανα βάρος μέχρι και την 32η εβδομάδα χωρίς κόπο και με μικρές ατασθαλίες καμιά φορά...Ακόμη και μετά την γέννα που συνέχισα (περίπου όταν το μωρό σαράντισε) το πρόγραμμα προσαρμόστηκε στις νέες ανάγκες κι απαιτήσεις και μπορούσα να το ακολουθήσω με άνεση κι ευκολία...
Με βοήθησε να χασω 10 κιλά λίπος σε 3 μηνες περίπου χωρίς να πειναω κάνοντας μια πολύ καθιστική ζωη.. κυρίως με βοηθησε να ενεργοποιησω τον μεταβολισμό μου και να μάθω να τρώω σωστα!
