Κατά την επίσκεψη, με προδιέθεσε η πρώτη εικόνα του χώρου· το ιατρείο και η αίθουσα αναμονής ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρά, ενώ ο εξοπλισμός φαινόταν σύγχρονος και άψογα συντηρημένος. Κατά τη θεραπεία, η κυρία Χιωτέλη έκανε εξαιρετική δουλειά, με σχολαστική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και αναλυτική επεξήγηση κάθε βήματος. Εκτίμησα τον επαγγελματισμό και την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία, όπως και τη φυσική της ευγένεια.
