Με την πρώτη επαφή μας, μας ξεδίπλωσε ένα κουβάρι προβλημάτων μας, όπου άρχισε και ν' αναλύει και να ξεδιπλώνει μ' εναν τρόπο πώς θα βρούμε άκρη- μέση και με συνεργασία μία σωστή λύση στην άκρη του νήματος, μεταφέροντας μου την εμπιστοσύνη και την δύναμη ότι μπορούμε όλοι μαζί σαν ομάδα και τον καθένα ξεχωριστά να φτάσουμε σ' ένα αποτέλεσμα όπου ξεκινήσαμε σαν αίτημά μας.
