Αντιμετωπίζει κάθε περίπτωση με σοβαρότητα και ανθρωπιά, κάτι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό σε τόσο ευαίσθητα θέματα. Ξεχωρίζει για την ηρεμία και την υπομονή του, καθώς εξηγεί με σαφήνεια κάθε στάδιο και απαντά σε όλες τις απορίες χωρίς βιασύνη.
