Η γιατρός έδειξε προθυμία ωστόσο δεν περιέγραψε διεξοδικά τη διάγνωσή της. Έδειξε ενδιαφέρον στο να απαντήσει στα ερωτήματα που έθεσα. Θα προτιμούσα να μην διατεθούν αυστηρά προκαθορισμένα 15 λεπτά στην επίσκεψη, αλλά να γίνει πιο διεξοδική συζήτηση μεταξύ γιατρού και ασθενούς. Παρόλαυτα οι ιατρικές οδηγίες και η αγωγή που δόθηκε δείχνουν να λειτουργούν αποτελεσματικά. Επιπλέον η γραμματεία με εξυπηρέτησε με αμεσότητα και ευγενική διάθεση.
