Η εμπειρία μου από το συγκεκριμένο ραντεβού ήταν ανάμεικτη. Ο ιατρός επέδειξε επαγγελματική ακεραιότητα αρνούμενος να συνταγογραφήσει θεραπεία που έκρινε μη ενδεδειγμένη, κάτι που εκτιμώ. Ωστόσο, κατά τον προγραμματισμό είχα εξηγήσει αναλυτικά μέσω μηνύματος τον λόγο της επίσκεψής μου, ώστε να αποφευχθεί άσκοπο ραντεβού αν δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετηθεί. Το μήνυμα προφανώς δεν λήφθηκε υπόψη, με αποτέλεσμα να χαθεί χρόνος χωρίς λόγο. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης απάντησε σε τηλεφωνική κλήση και μιλούσε μπροστά μου, διακόπτοντας τη διαδικασία, κάτι που δείχνει έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τον ασθενή. Η μη χρέωση ήταν αυτονόητη, αλλά δεν αναιρεί τα παραπάνω ζητήματα. Συνολικά, υπάρχει περιθώριο βελτίωσης στην οργάνωση και την επικοινωνία.

Ευτυχώς είναι ελάχιστες οι περιπτώσεις που ασθενής προσέρχεται στο ιατρείο όχι για να λάβει διάγνωση και θεραπεία από τον ειδικό ιατρό,αλλά για να του υποδείξει ποιό φάρμακο να του συναγογραφησει
