Επισκέφθηκα τον γιατρό και πραγματικά η εμπειρία μου ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Βρίσκομαι στην 11η εβδομάδα κύησης, μια περίοδο με αυξημένο άγχος, ειδικά όταν προηγουμένως είχα λάβει μια αρκετά αγχωτική και απόλυτη σύσταση από άλλη αιματολόγο για καθημερινές ενέσεις χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική εξήγηση. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο γιατρός με έκανε να νιώσω άνεση και ασφάλεια. Αφιέρωσε χρόνο να ακούσει σε βάθος την περίπτωσή μου και δεν έδωσε βιαστικές ή «τυπικές» απαντήσεις, αλλά αντίθετα προσέγγισε το ζήτημα εξατομικευμένα και με προσοχή. Μου ανέλυσε με απλά και κατανοητά λόγια τι ισχύει, χωρίς να με τρομοκρατήσει ή να με πιέσει σε θεραπείες χωρίς τεκμηρίωση. Ένιωσα ότι δεν με αντιμετωπίζει μηχανικά, αλλά ουσιαστικά και με ενδιαφέρον. Φεύγοντας από το ραντεβού ένιωσα πραγματικά ανακουφισμένη και σίγουρη , κάτι που στην εγκυμοσύνη είναι ανεκτίμητο. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε γυναίκα που βρίσκεται σε παρόμοια φάση και χρειάζεται έναν γιατρό που συνδυάζει γνώση με ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση.
