Ακολούθησε μετεκπαίδευση με υποτροφία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ουρολογικής Εταιρείας στην λαπαροσκοπική και ρομποτική ουρολογία (Clinical Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery) στην Ουρολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου της Λειψίας στην Γερμανία υπό την επίβλεψη του Καθηγητή Jens Uwe Stolzenburg και μετεκπαίδευση στην ενδοουρολογία (Fellowship in Endourology) στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών, από όπου και έλαβε πιστοποίηση κλινικής επάρκειας στην ενδοουρολογία από την Παγκόσμια Ενδοουρολογική Εταιρεία (Endourological Society). Ο κος Κυριαζής είναι συγγραφέας περισσοτέρων από 75 επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων στα εγκυρότερα διεθνή ουρολογικά περιοδικά. Είναι τακτικός εκπαιδευτής της Ευρωπαϊκής Ουρολογικής Εταιρείας στην εύκαμπτη ουρητηροσκόπηση και τη χρήση laser και έχει συμμετάσχει στη συγγραφή των κατευθυντήριων οδηγιών για τα συμπτώματα του κατώτερου ουροποιητικού στους άνδρες (EAU Male LUTS guidelines), των κατευθυντήριων Οδηγιών σχετικά με τα Laser στην Ουρολογία (EAU Guidelines on Lasers in Urology) καθώς και στις κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες πάνω στη ρομποτική χειρουργική και στη χειρουργική "μονής οπής" (EAU Guidelines in Robotic and Single Site Surgery).
