Psychologists for Video Consultation in Greece

Rousta Eleni is a Psychologist, graduate of Coventry University, and a trainee Systemic Psychotherapist at ESYTHEPAS. Since 2011, she has been active in the healthcare sector, providing nursing services, which is also her first degree. Since 2020, she has been collaborating with the National Public Health Organization, contributing to the promotion and protection of public health. She has completed the one-year specialization program in Counseling and Career Guidance at the University of the Aegean, as well as the Executive Coaching and Management program. Additionally, she has attended specialized training seminars that enhance her therapeutic skills, the most significant being EMDR Traumatotherapy and Coaching and Mental Resilience. She has also volunteered in mental health organizations and structures, such as the support hotline "Together for Children" and the Residential Care Home B’ Attica of EKPS, providing support to children, families, and vulnerable social groups.

Xaroutiounian Roza is a Psychologist – Psychotherapist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of East London and has been trained in Integrative Counseling and Psychotherapy by the Psychological Support, Therapy, and Education Society – E.PSY.TH.E. She has also completed the program "Couples and Family Counseling and Therapy," as well as the "Medical Psychology" program at the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, further enhancing her scientific expertise in relationship issues, family dynamics, and the connection between mental and physical processes, contributing to comprehensive and holistic support for her clients. In her practice, she manages a wide range of cases, always focusing on providing the best possible service tailored to the individual needs of each person she works with.

Kalianioti Myrto is a licensed Psychologist practicing in the Netherlands. She is undergoing training in the Systemic Approach at the Systemic Psychology and Pedagogy Workshop - Rodakino, where in-depth study of various theories and sub-approaches of the systemic model is provided. Additionally, she has completed a one-year postgraduate program in Clinical Psychology specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Since 2023, she has been working privately, offering psychotherapeutic support to adults from Greece and abroad, in Greek and English, primarily through online sessions. Concurrently, she volunteers to support youth aged 12 to 25 at the @ease facility in the Netherlands. She has research experience in anxiety, attentional bias, and virtual reality (VR), and participated in conducting a study on involuntary hospitalizations at the Athens Psychiatric Hospital DAFNI, conducting interviews with patients. Finally, she completed an internship at the Alzheimer’s disease organization, where she was trained in cognitive empowerment and cognitive assessment using psychometric tools.
