Theodoridis Dimitrios is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Department of Psychology at the University of Crete, holds a master's degree in Criminal Law and Addictions, and has additional postgraduate studies in both Management & Social Planning and Counseling for Addictions. He has extensive specialized training in systemic psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples. Additionally, he applies trauma therapy methods such as EMDR & DBR in specific mental health conditions where indicated. He has specialized training in loss and grief, as well as group coordination and dynamics. He has worked for over 22 years providing psychosocial services in various KETHEA programs (a self-help model of Therapeutic Communities), including the KETHEA ANADYSIS Adolescent Unit, KETHEA PROMITHEAS Prisoner Counseling, the "ITHAKI" Therapeutic Community, and the "ITHAKI" Family Support Center. He possesses extensive and multifaceted experience in individual, family, and group therapy settings, with thousands of hours of clinical practice with adolescents and adults. He served as a member of the Responsible Council of the KETHEA ITHAKI Program for 15 years, as well as a member of the KETHEA Policy Council for the same duration. For four years, he participated in the Ethics Committee of the organization. Since early 2024, he offers counseling and psychotherapy sessions in his office, in individual, family, couple, and group formats. Sessions are available for both adolescents and adults, either in person or online. He also supports individuals or groups with coaching or supervision requests.
