He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and specialized at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Rome, Clinica Delle Malattie Nervose e Mentali. Karathanasis Giorgos is a Physiotherapist providing home visits. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (TEI) and has subsequently received advanced training in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Pathology and the "Clinical Pilates" method. Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών.
