My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Georgakopoulos Georgios is a Physiotherapist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and specialized at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Rome, Clinica Delle Malattie Nervose e Mentali. He continued his specialization at the "San Giovanni Battista" Hospital in Rome and attended rehabilitation methods for patients after open-heart surgery at the "Deborah Hospital" in New Jersey, United States of America. Giannoulakis Dimitris PT, OMPT, NDT is the founder and scientific director of the physiotherapy center Physio Giannoulakis, operating since 2017 in Athens.
