Papoutsis Konstantinos MD, FEBOT, FRCS (Tr&Orth) is a Military Physician, Orthopedic Surgeon, Traumatologist, and maintains a private practice in Panormou. Διατηρεί ορθοπαιδικό ιατρείο στον Πειραιά και συνεργάζεται με ιδιωτικές κλινικές στην Αθήνα και τον Πειραιά.
