Panagiotis Drakopoulos is an Orthopedic Surgeon specialized in reconstructive microsurgery of the upper limb - hand and in osteoarthritis of the knee, hip, and sports medicine. He maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders, as well as in the rehabilitation of injuries using advanced microsurgical techniques. He graduated from the Medical School of Ovidius University of Constanta and continued his training at the 1st Orthopedic – Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," as well as at the 2nd Adult Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voula," where he completed his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology. Additionally, he has completed the postgraduate program "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enhancing his scientific background in the pathophysiology and management of diseases affecting bone health. His specialization at the Microsurgery Clinic of KAT Hospital enabled him to apply advanced reconstructive microsurgical techniques of the upper limb and hand, providing personalized solutions for complex injuries and disorders. Since 2018, he has served as an Assistant Orthopedic Surgeon – Consultant B’ at Elefsina General Hospital “Thriasio,” actively participating in the clinical and surgical work of the Orthopedic Clinic.
