Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. Antoniou Xaralampos is a Specialist General Practitioner - Family Physician with a private practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki. He has specialized in Emergency Prehospital Medicine (EKAB) and has undertaken further training in Lipidology. His clinical interests include the management of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia - atheromatosis, arterial hypertension, osteoporosis, as well as acute infections (respiratory, urinary, digestive systems). His private practice is fully equipped with an otoscope, electrocardiographs, the capability to measure glycated hemoglobin (HBA1C), lipids, and more. Ilektra Adamidou is a General/Family Physician with a practice in Paiania, Attica. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010 and completed her rural service in Skopelos in 2012. From 2013 until December 2024, she worked in the United Kingdom, where she completed her specialization in General Medicine at Blackpool Hospital, having prior experience in hospitals in Manchester and Liverpool. From 2019 to 2024, she lived and worked in London at major primary healthcare clinics, managing a wide range of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and musculoskeletal problems. Ms. Adamidou holds a diploma in diabetes management, recognized by the University of Warwick, following a one-year training program, and has substantial experience in caring for patients with diabetes as part of her daily practice. Since January 2025, she has permanently returned to Greece and works as a medical collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in a diabetes care team. Simultaneously, she maintains her private practice in Paiania, where she offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic diseases such as infections, cough, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, depression, osteoporosis, menopause, and dyslipidemias.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. Dr. Theodorakopoulou Afroditi, MD, is a General/Family Physician, graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras (2006 – 2012) and holder of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Aesthetic Medicine and Therapeutics from Università di Camerino (2020 – 2022). She possesses extensive professional experience in Primary Health Care, having served as a General Medicine Resident at Kalamata Hospital (2016 – 2020), as a Physician at the National Public Health Organization (EODY) (2020 – 2021), and as an Auxiliary Physician – Consultant B’ in General Medicine at the Patision Health Center (2021 – 2025). Sarakinou Panagiota MD, PhD is a Specialist General Practitioner with a private practice in Ilisia, in the Hilton area.
