Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

H κ. Μάρκου διαθέτει πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συστηματική ενασχόληση με τον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη και την Παχυσαρκία, ενώ κατέχει τη διεθνή Πιστοποίηση SCOPE (Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education) για τη διαχείριση και την αντιμετώπιση της παχυσαρκίας από την Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία Παχυσαρκίας (World Obesity Federation).

Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή της στο Γ.Ν.Α. «Ιπποκράτειο». Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητάς της εκπαιδεύτηκε σε όλο το φάσμα της Παθολογίας στις κλινικές, τα εξωτερικά ιατρεία και ειδικότερα στα εξειδικευμένα ιατρεία Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη και Υπέρτασης του νοσοκομείου. Επιπλέον, συμμετείχε στις εφημερίες του Τμήματος Επειγόντων Περιστατικών.

Έχει διατελέσει Επιμελήτρια Β’ στο Κέντρο Υγείας Καλυβίων, ασκώντας κλινικό έργο που περιλαμβάνει το σύνολο των υπηρεσιών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις λοιμώξεις, τον προσυμπτωματικό έλεγχο και τη θεραπευτική διαχείριση χρονίων νοσημάτων όπως σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, παχυσαρκία, δυσλιπιδαιμία και υπέρταση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας της στο κέντρο υγείας συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα Sentinel για την επιδημιολογική επιτήρηση λοιμώξεων του ΕΟΔΥ.

Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών (MSc) στη «Διαχείριση Γήρανσης και Χρονίων Νοσημάτων» από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο. Η διπλωματική της εργασία πραγματεύτηκε τις νεότερες εξελίξεις στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 2 (ΣΔ2) και την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών.

Dr. Eleni Tsaroucha is a specialist in internal medicine and diabetes and has a private practice in Volos. She was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens through the Panhellenic Examinations, from which she graduated after the required six years of study with a grade of 8.1. She received her specialization in Internal Medicine and her subspecialization in Diabetology at some of the largest hospitals in Germany, under the supervision and guidance of internationally renowned professors. She is a graduate of the internationally renowned Herz und Diabeteszentrum NRW at the University of Bochum, which in 2018 won the award for the best hospital in Germany for patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. In this context, she specializes in diabetes mellitus, its possible complications, and their treatment and prevention. At the academic level, Dr. Eleni Tsaroucha holds a PhD from the Medical School of Freiburg, Germany, with a summa cum laude degree in diabetes mellitus. She holds a master's degree in health economics from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg University, with a focus on diabetes mellitus. She has contributed to studies published in prestigious international scientific journals and has given numerous speeches at conferences and presentations. At her clinic, patients receive comprehensive and systematic care, including a complete medical history, physical examination, diagnostic tests, and a comprehensive assessment of their symptoms, which is the cornerstone of proper diagnosis and effective treatment. Rekatsina Panagiota - Danai MD, MSc, PhD is a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a private practice in Galatsi, certified by EOPYY. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital "Korgaleneio - Benakeio - Red Cross." Additionally, she obtained specialization in Infectious Diseases after two years of training and successful examinations. Concurrently, she holds a Master's degree from the National School of Public Health and a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive research and publication experience and continuously updates herself on the latest scientific developments.

Valanikas Euripidis is a Specialist Pathologist who maintains a private practice in Sykiés, Thessaloniki, and collaborates with the Kyanoús Stavrós Clinic in Thessaloniki and the AHEPA University Hospital of Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his specialty training at the First Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the AHEPA University Hospital. He has completed two postgraduate programs focusing on Clinical Pharmacology - Therapeutics and the latest techniques in Diabetes Mellitus management. He is a former Consultant of the Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki G. Papanikolaou and has worked in numerous positions within the National Health System and the private sector.
