Nteli Spyridoula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice and operates a dietetics office in Lamia.
She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.
She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.
She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.
She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.
