Το 2013 ολοκλήρωσε τις Προπτυχιακές της σπουδές στο τμήμα Διατροφής & Διαιτολογίας στο Αλεξάνδρειο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλονίκης με βαθμό Λίαν Καλώς. Η πτυχιακή της εργασία είχε ως θέμα την «Εκτίμηση της διατροφικής πρόσληψης και των διατροφικών συνηθειών των εφήβων στον ανατολικό τομέα της Θεσσαλονίκης» και βαθμολογήθηκε με Άριστα 10. Η ενασχόληση της με τη διατροφή των εφήβων την έκανε να ενδιαφερθεί παραπάνω για την Παιδική Παχυσαρκία, γι’αυτό και συμμετείχε εθελοντικά στο πρόγραμμα COSI του Παγκόσμιου Οργανισμού Υγείας (WHO) , μια πρωτοβουλία για την παρακολούθηση και επιτήρηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Παιδικής Παχυσαρκίας. Το 2014 συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο Medical School του University of Glasgow όπου κατέκτησε το Μεταπτυχιακό της τίτλο Master of Science in Medical Sciences (MedSci), in Human Nutrition. Στη διπλωματική της εργασία ασχολήθηκε με την επίδραση που έχει η κατανάλωση φυτικών ινών σε συνδυασμό με την άσκηση στα επίπεδα λιπιδίων του αίματος, στην όρεξη και στην οξείδωση του λίπους σε υπέρβαρες γυναίκες. Από τον Μάιο του 2016 διατηρεί το δικό της Διαιτολογικό Γραφείο στο κέντρο του Βόλου όπου αναλαμβάνει την Διατροφική Παρακολούθηση και Παρέμβαση τόσο σε Φυσιολογικές όσο και σε Παθολογικές Καταστάσεις. Από το Μάρτιο του 2022 είναι εξωτερικός συνεργάτης του Γηροκομείου Βόλου όπου παρέχει και επιβλέπει το εβδομαδιαίο μενού των ηλικιωμένων.
