Cardiologist Tzanogiorgis Ioannis practices in Petralona and Peristeri. He graduated from the Medical School of Iuliu Hatieganu University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He completed his Cardiology specialty at the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," where he actively participated in the clinical and educational activities of the department. After obtaining his specialty, he remained as a scientific collaborator at the Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Diseases Laboratory of the Cardiology Clinic at Tzaneio. He took on the organization and operation of the Cardiology Clinic of the NGO Praksis. He served as Consultant at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center. He collaborated with the Hemodialysis Unit "Frondis," conducting cardiological assessments. To this day, he remains a Scientific Collaborator at the Hygeia Hospital. He holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Bologna focusing on Pulmonary Hypertension. He is a member of the European and Hellenic Society of Cardiology, the European and Hellenic Atherosclerosis Societies, as well as other scientific associations. He has served as a member of the presidium of the Prevention and Rehabilitation Working Group of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology and has participated in presenting abstracts at international and Greek conferences. Additionally, he has contributed to the translation of chapters of scientific textbooks. Lastly, he was awarded a scholarship by the Hellenic Society of Cardiology for his postgraduate studies.
