Συγχρόνως είναι συνεργάτης ιδιωτικών κλινικών της Αθήνας, όπου πραγματοποιεί χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις. Διαθέτει πολυετή εμπειρία στον τομέα της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας έχοντας αντιμετωπίσει πλήθος περιστατικών τόσο σε βάση τακτικού εξωτερικού ιατρείου όσο και επειγόντων. Τέλος, έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διενεργήσει το σύνολο των χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων του φάσματος της σύγχρονης ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.

Ο Φουντουλάκης Εμμανουήλ είναι Χειρουργός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος - Παιδο-ΩΡΛ και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στην Πετρούπολη και στο Ελληνικό.

Είναι αριστούχος πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου της Νάπολης Ιταλίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στην πανεπιστημιακή ΩΡΛ κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ηρακλείου.

Είναι επιμελητής παιδο-ΩΡΛ του ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων και επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του ΙΑΣΩ και της Κεντρικής Κλινικής Αθηνών.

Ο ιατρός, από το 2013, στα ιδιωτικά του ιατρεία αντιμετωπίζει πλήθος περιστατικών ενηλίκων και παίδων που άπτονται όλου του φάσματος της ειδικότητάς του.
