Έχει περάσει από Eυρωπαϊκά Kέντρα Aναφοράς στις Διαταραχές Όσφρησης και Γεύσης και συγκεκριμένα από την Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική της Γενεύης (2019), Unité de Rhinologie et d' Olfactologie (Καθ. Basile Landis), καθώς και από την Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική της Δρέσδης, Interdisziplinären Zentrum für Riechen und Schmecken (Prof. Thomas Hummel). Treatment: Κατά την εξέταση χρησιμοποιείται Burghart Sniffing sticks, Taste strips, lateralization test και kits οσφρητικής εκπαίδευσης. Ο ασθενής δεν πρέπει να έχει καπνίσει, φάει ή πιει παρά μόνο νερό τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα πριν την εξέταση. Επίσης πρέπει να αποφεύγεται η χρήση τσίχλας και αρωμάτων. Η θεραπεία της πάθησης αναλόγως της αιτιολογίας μπορεί να είναι συντηρητική ή/και χειρουργική. Αντιμετωπίζονται οι διαταραχές όσφρησης και γεύσης διαφόρων αιτιών.

I went for a hearing test. The doctor voluntarily added a quick ear clean and looked at the nasal and throat cavity. The equipment was pristine and latest tech. Everything was explained to me in detail.
