As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Papamixail Nikolaos is a Cardiologist with a private practice in Ampelokipi. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic of the Military Fund Nursing Institution (NIMTS). He is an Associate at the "Athinaion" Clinic and Consultant Cardiologist at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the Euroclinic Athens. Additionally, he serves as the Scientific Director of the Cardiology Department at Euromedica Palaio Faliro, Consultant Cardiologist at the Bioclinic Athens, and Scientific Collaborator at the Hypertension Unit of the University Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio". Furthermore, the doctor has contracts with the Journalists’ Fund EDOEAP and the employees’ fund of the Bank of Greece ATPSYTE. Hospitalization and treatment for all cardiovascular diseases are available in a private clinic with all insurance funds and private insurance coverage. Finally, he actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars in Greece and abroad, presenting at Greek and international conferences and publishing in medical journals.

Drasvestas Dimitris, MD is an Interventional Cardiologist - Electrophysiologist with private practices in Athens and Pallini. A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Bologna, Italy, he specialized at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and obtained his Cardiology specialty title in 2014. He has specialized in Interventional Electrophysiology in the United Kingdom (Dorset Heart Centre - Royal Bournemouth Hospital, UK) under a scholarship from the Hellenic Cardiological Society. Additionally, he holds European certifications in Interventional Electrophysiology level 1 (ECDS level 1) and level 2 (ECES level 2). Currently, he serves as Deputy Director of the Cardiology Clinic at the Mitera Hospital of the Hygeia Group. In his private practices, he provides high-level services in all areas of cardiology, with particular emphasis on arrhythmias. He has extensive experience in the modern interventional management of arrhythmias (supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmia ablation) and in the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators. Furthermore, he was a member of the European Electrophysiology Certification Examination Committee from 2020 to 2022 and is an International Official Proctor (trainer) for healthcare professionals in the field of Electrophysiology using intracardiac echocardiography (Intracardiac Echocardiography – ICE). Finally, Drasvestas has a significant research portfolio with publications in international medical journals and presentations as a speaker at Greek and international medical conferences.

Aleksopoulos Anastasios is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in the center of Athens. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and obtained his Medical Specialty in Pathology in Athens in 2002. The doctor regularly attends multiple conferences in Greece and abroad concerning developments in Pathology, Metabolism, Diabetes Mellitus, Bone Health, Hypertension, etc. In his private practice, he deals with symptom investigation, prescription of medications, health promotion, check-ups, differential diagnosis, certificates - permits, degenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, gerontology, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, bronchitis, viral respiratory diseases, urinary tract infections, among others. Το Ιατρειο Καρδιακής Ανεπάρκειας έχει λάβει πιστοποίηση Αριστείας από την HFA-ESC Specialised Quality of Care Centre (QCC). Επίσης η κ. Χρυσοχόου είναι υπέυθυνη του Ιατρείου Καρδιαγγειακής Απεικόνισης Εξωτερικών ασθενών και της καρδιοαναπευστικής κόπωσης. Έχει δώσει περισσότερες από 1500 προσκεκλημένες διαλέξεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια. Αναφορικά με το συγγραφικό της έργο, είναι συγγραφέας περισσότερων απο 480 άρθρων δημοσι­ευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά με κριτές με υψηλό συντελεστή απήχησης. Το αντικείμενο της έρευνας της έχει ως θέμα την κλινική καρδιολογία, και ειδικότερα την καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια και την ανάδειξη παραγόντων κινδύνου εμφάνισης της, καθώς και την καρδιακή απεικόνιση. Αναφορικά με το διοικητικό της έργο, είναι εκλεγμένο μέλος του πυρήνα διοίκησης του European Association of Preventive Cardiology|Population Health και μέλος της Επιτροπής διαμόρφωσης θεραπευτικών πρωροκόλλων του Υπουργείου Υγείας (από το 2016). Για το επιστημονικό της έργο έχει λάβει τιμητικές αναφορές και βραβεύσεις από διεθνή συνέδρια και οργανισμούς. Εχει αναγνωριστεί στη 10η θέση στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο «Καρδιολογία» στην Ελλάδα, #56 στην Ευρώπη, και στην 118η στον Κόσμο (World Scientist and University Rankings 2024). Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a Master Nutritionist in Autoimmune Disorders (EL.D.E.) from the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She has been trained in Genetic Counseling at the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Health Coaching for healthcare professionals, and in Contemporary Applications of Sports Nutrition from Academy Life. Furthermore, she completed her internship at IASO. She is specialized in diet and nutrition and addresses a wide range of issues related to breastfeeding, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus, nutritional counseling, obesity, metabolism, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Dr. Iona Ioanna MD PhD(c) is a specialist Cardiologist-Intensivist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. She began her medical training at the Hippocratio General Hospital of Athens (GNA Hippocratio), where she completed a 2-year residency in internal medicine and remained for an additional year as a scientific collaborator in the 1st University Cardiology Clinic of GNA "Hippocratio," during which she was designated a doctoral candidate. Since 2013, she has worked in the Cardiology Clinic of GNA "G. Gennimatas," where she completed her specialty training and obtained her board certification. Subsequently, she specialized in Intensive Care Medicine and worked in the ICU of the same hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, she specialized in the latest echocardiographic techniques, including dynamic echocardiography (stress echo) with pharmacologic stress and three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography at GNA "Hippocratio." She is an active member of the Hellenic and European Society of Cardiology as well as the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine.

Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and involvement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a Doctors Without Borders - Greece mission in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetological Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Diabetic Foot Disorders, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, and Doctors Without Borders - Greece.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.

Deligiannis Georgios MD, MSc is a Specialist Cardiologist with specialized knowledge and experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular diseases. He maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He is an associate at the Marousi Medical Center, in the Electrophysiology and Pacemaker Laboratory, with a particular focus on arrhythmias and implantable devices.

He completed his specialty training at the 1st University Cardiological Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA, and he is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Master's degree from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, specializing in ultrasound and functional imaging for the prevention and diagnosis of vascular diseases.

He has specialized in the latest cardiac ultrasound techniques (transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, Doppler, 3D, Stress echo) at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio - Benakeio".

He has a particular scientific interest in the latest echocardiographic techniques, arrhythmias, and pacing, providing modern and personalized services aimed at optimal patient care.

Drtoskas Pantelis is a Cardiologist with private practices in Kifisia and Palaio Faliro. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens, specializing in preventive cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. He completed his specialty training at the First University Cardiology Clinic of Hippocrateio Hospital, gaining experience across the full spectrum of modern cardiology – from emergency care to long-term monitoring of cardiac patients.

As a fellow of the Hellenic Cardiological Foundation and concurrently with the completion of his doctoral thesis, he trained in the United Kingdom (Bexley Cardiac Rehabilitation – Goldie Leigh Hospital), focusing on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and rehabilitation of patients post-myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery.

He maintains a private practice and responsibly manages all cardiology cases, both preventive and chronic or acute conditions. He provides comprehensive diagnostic testing (cardiac Triplex, Holter monitoring for rhythm and blood pressure, stress testing, preoperative evaluation, etc.) and supportive services based on the principles of precision medicine: genetic testing, stress management, personalized nutrition, and prescribed exercise.

He has participated as an invited speaker at numerous medical conferences and has published scientific articles in reputable international journals, actively contributing to the advancement of contemporary cardiological knowledge.

His goal is to provide high-quality care, grounded in scientific evidence and a compassionate approach – aiming not only for treatment but also for the long-term preservation of cardiovascular health.

Elena Xairetaki - Premedicare is a Cardiologist and a member of the medical team at the Premedicare Polyclinic. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and provides her services as a Cardiologist while also serving as the Scientific Director of the BIOIATRIKI Group. She specialized in Cardiology at Evangelismos Hospital and has served as an Assistant Consultant at Pammakaristos Hospital. Combining her experience and recognized scientific expertise, she manages a wide range of cases encompassing the full spectrum of her specialty.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Currently, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with a Nursery School providing nutritional services as well as with a Wellness and Care Center.

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Furthermore, she has worked in a Pulmonologist and Dietitian office, providing nutritional education to patients, body composition assessment, and designing individualized nutrition programs. Since 2016, she has been a contributor to magazines and websites related to wellness & fitness (Shape, Savoir Ville).

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Recently, he successfully completed the University of Thessaly's educational program entitled "Nutrition and Mental Health," obtaining specialization (master practitioner) in cases of Eating Disorders (Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Night Eating Syndrome).

Mindfoodness Diafa - Papaioannou is a Center for Personalized Nutrition and Nutritional Education located in N. Ionia (Alsoupoli). The scientific directors of the center are Mindfoodness Diafa Elena, BSc, and Mindfoodness Diafa - Papaioannou Adamantia, MSc. Mindfoodness Diafa Elena holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, with specialization in Eating Disorders (EES), and extensive experience with pediatric and adolescent cases, as well as clinical cases, having served as the head of major clinics in the country. Mindfoodness Diafa - Papaioannou Adamantia is a graduate in Nutrition and Dietetics and holds a master's degree (MSc) from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens. She specializes in Health Coaching (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens), Eating Disorders (EES), and has obtained the title of "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" through ISSN. The Mindfoodness nutrition center employs state-of-the-art and highly accurate tools. Interventions are based on medical protocols and aim at lifestyle changes, taking into account the nutritional and medical history as well as the individual characteristics and preferences of each person. The primary techniques used for modifying dietary behavior are grounded in the practice of mindful eating.

Pitarokoili Marina is a pathologist who runs her private practice in Spata. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the same institution. She specialized at the 4th Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," where she was trained in lipid disorders and complications of diabetes mellitus, at the dyslipidemia and diabetic foot clinics, respectively. The practice provides services to patients with diseases across the entire spectrum of pathology, with particular emphasis on the planning of preventive screening.
