As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. He has received further training in emergency pre-hospital medicine at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB), as well as in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon," focusing on lipid disorders and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has served as the scientific director at the Local Health Unit in Petroupoli and at the Health Center of Peristeri. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Vascular Diseases, and the Hellenic Lipidology Society. As part of continuous medical education, he has attended numerous scientific conferences and has contributed to the writing of scientific papers.

Xoutopoulos Dimitrios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains his dietetic practice in Kaisariani. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms. Finally, the primary goal of the center is to offer prevention and treatment services, as well as to contribute decisively to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized programs and the reliable advice of the dietitian - nutritionist.

Pitarokoili Marina is a pathologist who runs her private practice in Spata. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the same institution. She specialized at the 4th Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," where she was trained in lipid disorders and complications of diabetes mellitus, at the dyslipidemia and diabetic foot clinics, respectively. The practice provides services to patients with diseases across the entire spectrum of pathology, with particular emphasis on the planning of preventive screening.

Klotsa Dimitra is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Zografou. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received further training in echocardiography at King’s College Hospital in London. There, she specialized in the Heart Failure Clinic (diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients) and in the ultrasound department, performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on patients with heart failure. Additionally, she specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and in Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic of the Nursing Institution of the Army Pension Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she has conducted stress tests in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the Cardiology Athens, where she is also the Head of the Ultrasound Department.

Dr. Syros Periklis is a Cardiologist - Arrhythmologist - Interventional Electrophysiologist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. Concurrently, he serves as a Military Physician with the position of Consultant in the Cardiology Department at the Hellenic Naval Hospital of Athens and is a Scientific Associate at the Euroclinic Athens. He studied Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Cardiology at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration". He has completed a Fellowship in Electrophysiology - Arrhythmology in Turin, Italy, and is specialized in the interventional treatment of arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation ablation and others. Additionally, he holds a European Echocardiography Certification from the European Society of Cardiology. He possesses extensive experience and training, with a specialization in electrophysiology, echocardiography, and arterial hypertension.

Kostalas Leonidas is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace and a medical degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Western Attica. He has worked at the General Hospital of Syros, the regional clinic of Arkesini Amorgos, and the General Hospital of Western Attica "Agia Varvara." Additionally, the physician regularly attends numerous seminars and conferences as part of continuous professional development and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Asonitis Emmanouil MD is a Specialist Cardiologist for adults and maintains his practice in Argyroupoli. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras and graduated from the University Nursing School of Athens at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in cardiology at the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas." He possesses extensive experience in the full spectrum of clinical cardiology, particularly in the use of diagnostic tests (heart triplex, rhythm Holter, blood pressure Holter, stress test, etc.). During his specialty training, he received education in Pediatric Cardiology at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," in the Assessment of Arrhythmic Events at the Electrophysiology and Pacing Department of the General Hospital of Athens “Evangelismos,” and in Nuclear Cardiology at the Nuclear Medicine Department of the General Hospital "Alexandra." The physician is a member of the Athens Medical Association and continually participates in numerous conferences and seminars, aiming for continuous professional development. His medical care focuses on safeguarding individual health, improving daily life, and preventing dangerous health conditions (prevention, early diagnosis, and management of risk factors aimed at reducing cardiovascular risk), thus providing holistic care for the patient.

Draganidaki Loukia is a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and has maintained a private practice near Pedion tou Areos since 2016. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of the Aegean in the field of Life Coaching & Mentoring. She holds a specialization in Eating Disorders and Childhood Obesity from the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and has received clinical nutrition training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic Association and an external collaborator of the Hellenic Society for Multiple Sclerosis. Furthermore, she continuously participates in seminars and conferences to stay informed about developments in her field.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Tsirkas Konstantinos is a General Practitioner - Family Doctor with a private practice in Peristeri, Attica, providing comprehensive primary healthcare services since 2023. With solid scientific training and a patient-centered approach, he offers complete medical support to patients of all ages, with particular emphasis on the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes mellitus. Simultaneously, he undertakes the immediate treatment of everyday emergency cases, offering reliable and prompt care. Preventive medicine constitutes a significant part of his practice, focusing on preventive screenings and guiding patients toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. He also provides full prescription services, issuance of referrals, and monitoring of therapeutic regimens, as well as the issuance of necessary certificates for work or driving. Additionally, he has experience in preparing KEPA files, offering comprehensive support for disability assessment procedures with responsibility, accuracy, and utmost respect for the patient.

Kalliampakos Dimitris is a Military Doctor – Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. Simultaneously, he serves as the Deputy Director at the 4th Internal Medicine Clinic of "HYGEIA" (building 2). He is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Internal Medicine at the University Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko." Subsequently, he served for several years as an attending physician at the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 Military Hospital of Athens while also working for 8 years at the emergency outpatient medical company "SOS IATROI." Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration" and is a regular member of the Hellenic Diabetology Society. He has extensive experience in managing infections, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, rheumatic diseases, chronic systemic diseases, geriatric patients, as well as home-based emergency outpatient care. Finally, preventive medicine is thoroughly practiced in the private clinic, where rapid tests, electronic prescription, electrocardiogram, and spirometry are performed.

Prekas Xristos is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, BSc, and has operated two dietetic offices since 2011, located in Petralona and Santorini. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association. He has participated in numerous research studies, organizes seminars and lectures for adults and children on nutrition and childhood obesity, and regularly contributes articles to nationwide websites and newspapers.

Konstantinidou Kyriaki is a General Practitioner with many years of presence and experience in the Primary Health Care sector, maintaining a private practice in Alimos. Simultaneously, she is actively engaged as a Director in the National Health System. Since 2004, she has served as a General Practitioner at the 5 Primary Care Clinics of Avlida, additionally performing on-call duties at the Psachna Health Center, undertaking home visits in the villages of the area and managing emergency cases. In the past, she has served as an auxiliary physician at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB) as well as in rural clinics such as those in Nea Karia, Kapandriti Health Center, and Skyros Primary Care. She also has experience as a physician at sports events and children’s camps. She is a graduate of the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Health (MSc) at the National School of Public Health. She has specialized in Emergency Prehospital Medicine through a training program of EKAB and in prehospital trauma care (Prehospital Trauma Life Support – PHTLS) by the Hellenic Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, she has attended for three years educational programs in trainer education, psychosocial skills, and mental health promotion at the Psychiatric Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), highlighting the holistic and person-centered nature of her medical approach. With professionalism, continuous training, and a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Konstantinidou Kyriaki provides reliable medical care, covering a broad spectrum of the modern patient’s needs.

Xatzis Mixalis is a Specialist Cardiologist who also maintains a private cardiology clinic in Vrilissia. Simultaneously, he serves as a consultant cardiologist at the 3rd Cardiology Department of Metropolitan General Hospital and at the Praxis Ygeias Polyclinic. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. After completing rural service, he specialized in Cardiology at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration" and the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," gaining significant experience across the full spectrum of cardiological cases and participating in the academic activities of the clinics. Furthermore, he holds a postgraduate diploma in "Interventional Cardiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as graduation from the four-month program "Rehabilitation of Cardiac Patients after Cardiac Surgery" from the same institution. Emphasizing the second component of the word "cardiology" (logos/logic), he strives to respond in the best possible way to the individualized needs of his patients.
