She provides personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and aims to change the individual's dietary mindset.

Tsaggaris Adamantios is an Interventional Cardiologist, maintains a private practice in Marousi, and serves as a Cardiologist Consultant at the Red Cross (Korgialeneio - Benakeio EES). He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Pathology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the USA. He specialized in Cardiology at the University of Minnesota in the USA. He completed subspecialty training in interventional cardiology and structural cardiology (TAVI, MitraClip, Watchman) at the University of Minnesota in the USA (worked at VA MPLS, Fairview Hospital, Southdale Hospital). Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Additionally, he is a member of the RCPSG (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow) and collaborates with the private hospitals "Hygeia" and "Euroclinic".

Dr. Syneifakoulis Theoxaris's further specialization and sequential years of training, including postgraduate studies in Mountain Medicine at the University of Leicester, U.K., as well as his certifications as an instructor for the American Heart Association ("AHA"), the European Resuscitation Council ("ERC"), Prehospital Trauma Life Support ("PHTLS") by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians ("NAEMT"), and Advanced Trauma Life Support ("ATLS") from the American College of Surgeons ("ACS"), have inspired him to continue the family tradition and broaden his professional horizons. These qualifications have provided him with the motivation and tools to engage not only in Internal Medicine but also in Travel and Mountain Medicine, as well as emergency Prehospital Medicine, both as an instructor and as a healthcare professional.

Prekas Xristos is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, BSc, and has operated two dietetic offices since 2011, located in Petralona and Santorini. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association. He has participated in numerous research studies, organizes seminars and lectures for adults and children on nutrition and childhood obesity, and regularly contributes articles to nationwide websites and newspapers.

Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Currently, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with a Nursery School providing nutritional services as well as with a Wellness and Care Center.

Dr. Syros Periklis is a Cardiologist - Arrhythmologist - Interventional Electrophysiologist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. Concurrently, he serves as a Military Physician with the position of Consultant in the Cardiology Department at the Hellenic Naval Hospital of Athens and is a Scientific Associate at the Euroclinic Athens. Dr. Valvis Georgios is a General – Family Medicine physician with an active private practice in Piraeus. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having served in hospitals such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa." Since 2024, he has also been working as an occupational physician at doValue Greece through GEP SA, providing health and safety services. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Thilyzas Ksenofon is a General Practitioner - Family Physician with a private practice in Athens and extensive experience in Primary Health Care. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Ovidius University of Constanta and has completed his specialization in General Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia "Konstantopouleio," where he received extensive training in managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions.

Since 2013, she has worked in the Cardiology Clinic of GNA "G. Gennimatas," where she completed her specialty training and obtained her board certification. Subsequently, she specialized in Intensive Care Medicine and worked in the ICU of the same hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, she specialized in the latest echocardiographic techniques, including dynamic echocardiography (stress echo) with pharmacologic stress and three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography at GNA "Hippocratio."
