She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Triantafyllis Dimitrios is a Cardiologist who maintains private practices in Kypseli and Nea Psychiko. He holds a medical degree from the University of Ioannina with further training in Echocardiography (stress echo, transesophageal studies, three-dimensional imaging) from the Hippocrates Hospital of Athens and the Educational Program of the International Academy of Medical Ultrasound in Berlin. She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

Kourgia Vasiliki is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates the dietary office "Diet for you" in Neo Iraklio. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at A.T.E.I Sitias, specializing in Eating Disorders at the postgraduate level. She has collaborated with the Central Clinic of Athens, with the obesity team of surgeon Mr. Grigoropoulos, and works systematically as a nutrition consultant in gyms and aesthetic centers. She has participated in various informative programs on state and private television as well as radio productions. Her articles have been published in magazines such as Vita, Armonia, as well as on several websites. In September 2014, she participated in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation program in remote areas involving anthropometric measurements in adults and children and providing information on promoting healthy nutrition for adults and children. She has taken part in various talks and conferences as a speaker on topics related to nutritional behaviors of adults and children, childhood obesity, and people with osteoporosis issues. Andreas Katsimardos is a Military Physician, Interventional Cardiologist, consultant at the Cardiology Department of the 417 NIMTS, and maintains a private practice in Gerakas. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in Cardiology at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and subsequently at the University General Hospital "Attikon."
