Georgios Xatzantonis is a vascular surgeon-endovascular surgeon. He trained at one of the largest centers for diabetic foot management and vascular access (fistula) in Germany and specializes in innovative endovascular techniques, having performed over 2,000 related procedures on hemodialysis patients in Germany and Greece. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.

Η Γιαννίτση Δήμητρα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και πραγματοποιεί κατ' οίκον και διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες. Είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Η μεταπτυχιακή της έρευνα αφορούσε την επίδραση των τροφίμων με προβιοτικά στα λιπίδια του αίματος σε άτομα με υπέρβαρο και παχυσαρκία. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της, πραγματοποίησε την κλινική της πρακτική άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Βόλου «Αχιλλοπούλειο», όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στην αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ασθενών. Επιπλέον, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χημική Υπηρεσία Βόλου, διευρύνοντας τις γνώσεις της σε θέματα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και φροντίζει να ενημερώνεται διαρκώς για τις εξελίξεις της επιστήμης της διατροφής μέσω της συμμετοχής της σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια, σεμινάρια και προγράμματα συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Παράλληλα δραστηριοποιείται ως εκπαιδεύτρια στο ΙΕΚ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ. Επιπρόσθετα, είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας της Φιλοσοφικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, γεγονός που αναδεικνύει το ευρύ ακαδημαϊκό της υπόβαθρο και την πολυδιάστατη προσέγγισή της στη γνώση. He maintains close collaborative relationships with top athletes in calisthenic gymnastics, Cross Training, and marathon runners, while he himself has completed two marathons and practices calisthenic exercise. He continues to train and develop continuously, keeping up with current advancements to remain informed on nutritional science research.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Eustathios Ksagas MD, PhD, MSc is a specialist Nephrologist, Doctor of the Medical School of the University of Athens, with many years of experience in the management of renal diseases and dedication to providing the best possible guidance and care to patients using modern scientific methods. He maintains a Nephrology and Hypertension clinic in N. Ionia, while working as a Nephrologist Consultant at the Model Nephrology Center of Attica. Έλαβε εκπαίδευση στη διενέργεια και ερμηνεία των έγχρωμων υπερηχογραφημάτων (triplex) των αγγείων. Το Αγγειοχειρουργικό Κέντρο του East Suffolk and North Essex αποτελεί σταθμό και ένα από τα ελάχιστα παγκοσμίως στη λαπαροσκοπική/ρομποτική αποκατάσταση των ανευρυσμάτων κοιλιακής αορτής καθώς και στην υβριδική αντιμετώπιση εμμένουσων ενδοδιαφυγών μετά από ενδαγγειακή αποκατάσταση (EVAR) ανευρυσμάτων κοιλιακής αορτής (CEALER). Απέκτησε επίσης εμπειρία στην ελάχιστα επεμβατική αντιμετώπιση σπάνιων παθήσεων, όπως σε endofibrosis των λαγόνιων αρτηριών σε επαγγελματίες ποδηλάτες και αθλητές αντοχής. Konstantelos Antonios MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license, offering home visits as well as maintaining a private office in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate diploma (MSc) in Clinical - Medical Nutrition from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada. He is a graduate of Military Medicine (SSAS), which trains Medical Officers of the Armed Forces who simultaneously attend the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This dual qualification was achieved with considerable effort, while his continuous education and many years of experience, both at the Naval Hospital of Athens and other units of the Navy, as well as in the private sector, have entrusted him with duties and responsibilities requiring expert knowledge of modern medical technology and decisiveness in daily patient care.
