Έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές μέσω του Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης & Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών (ΚΕΑΔΔ) καθώς και την μετεκπαίδευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή του PeakPerformance. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος συνεδρίων και ενημερώνεται τακτικά για τις εξελίξεις στο χώρο του μεταβολισμού και διαφόρων νοσημάτων που χρήζουν διαιτολογικής εκτίμησης. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών 401 όπου και απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε κλινικά περιστατικά. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος σε μεγάλη αλυσίδα γυμναστηρίων και σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία βοηθώντας άτομα να αποκτήσουν υγιές σωματικό βάρος και να βελτιώσουν τη σωματική τους σύσταση. Στο παρελθόν έχει προσφέρει τις υπηρεσίες της σε ειδικό κέντρο για καρκινοπαθείς με στόχο τη διατροφική υποστήριξη αυτών κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά τις αντικαρκινικές θεραπείες. Στόχος της είναι η καθοδήγηση των διαιτώμενων να αποκτήσουν υγιή σχέση με το φαγητό και νέες συνήθειες τα οποία θα τους βοηθήσουν να πετύχουν ένα υγιές σωματικό βάρος. Στο γραφείο παρέχονται υπηρεσίες εξαιρετικής ποιότητας με στόχο τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση. Πραγματοποιούνται σωματομετρήσεις και δίνονται εξατομικευμένα προγράμματα διατροφής βάσει των αναγκών και των προτιμήσεων του κάθε διαιτώμενου. Nteli Spyridoula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice and operates a dietetics office in Lamia.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Konstantina Eksarxopoulou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Scientific Associate at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and an external collaborator at the multidisciplinary physiotherapy rehabilitation and physical wellness center "Physiopolis". Additionally, she serves as the Lead Dietitian for the "Alliance for Health - Nutrition" program and as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at the Athens General Hospital "Laiko" and at the Nursing Foundation of the Army Share Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she is a member of the Scientific Society for Stress Management and Health Promotion.

Mpagiazidou Elli BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the BSc Hons Dietetics program from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. During her studies, she completed internships in various fields to familiarize herself with different conditions and settings. Specifically, she undertook her practical training at three major hospitals in Thessaloniki: the AHEPA University General Hospital, the Euromedica Cyan Cross Clinic, and the AROGI Rehabilitation Center, where she managed a wide range of clinical cases such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, among others. Additionally, she worked in a dietetic office, gaining hands-on experience with everyday dietetic practice. Throughout her studies, she attended numerous seminars and training sessions on topics including diabetes mellitus, childhood obesity, sports nutrition, supplements, and more. After completing her basic studies, she specialized in Mediterranean Nutrition and Cardiovascular Disease Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Pediatric Nutrition. Currently, she is continuing her education in Clinical Nutrition through a postgraduate program at the University of Essex. She has attended and continues to attend numerous seminars and training courses to constantly learn and stay updated in the field of nutrition science. Her passion for the science of nutrition continues to grow, and her goal is to help an increasing number of people achieve their individual nutritional goals, discovering through this journey the wellness that a healthy and balanced diet offers.

Kalentakis Dimitrios is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Petroupoli. He studied at the Democritus University of Thrace, obtaining a degree from the Medical Department, and holds a degree in Biology from the University of Crete. He has worked as a Pediatric Resident at the General Children's Hospital of Penteli, gaining extensive experience, as well as a Family Pediatrician at the Local Health Unit of Petroupoli. In his fully equipped clinic, he addresses issues related to allergy assessments, gastroesophageal reflux, dyslipidemias, eczema, jaundice concerns, management of childhood obesity, and also performs vaccinations from the neonatal period through adolescence, aiming at the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of all relevant conditions.

Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Additionally, she has completed practical training seminars at the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Concurrently, the Nutritionist is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, as well as the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrEspen). Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas," and the Neonatal Unit of the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She has particular expertise in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, having worked as a scientific associate in the Endocrinology Department of the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and in the Diabetes Clinics of the 1st and 2nd University Pediatric Clinics (at the Children's Hospitals "Agia Sofia" and "P. & A. Nutrifit - Tsimpou Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist operating a private practice in Nea Artaki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Crete and holds a certification in "Clinical Nutrition" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a Master Practitioner certification in Eating Disorders and Obesity for adults, children, and adolescents from the Centre for Education and Management of Eating Disorders (CEAMED), under the guidance of the British Psychology Society. She subsequently pursued postgraduate studies in Psychology at the University of East London. In recent years, she has been working as CEO and founder of the website nutri-fit and collaborates with the Biomedical Diagnostic Company Genosophy, specializing in genetic testing analysis and personalized nutrition. She is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and contributes articles to the website Diatrofi. Anna Kolokotroni is a Clinical Dietitian based in Thessaloniki. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and specialized in Clinical Nutrition with a postgraduate degree from the International Hellenic University. She gained experience in hospitals such as Theageneio and AHEPA, and has participated in the WHO's COSI program for childhood obesity. She holds a Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the United Kingdom. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Ο κύριος Λάιος Παναγιώτης είναι Παιδίατρος - Ομοιοπαθητικός - Αναπτυξιολόγος με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Νέα Σμύρνη. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Δημοκριτείου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης και υπ.
