Η Παναγιώτα Λαμπρινάκου είναι Διαιτολόγος Διατροφολόγος που ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της στο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας στην Καρδίτσα (πρώην ΤΕΙ) και εξειδικεύεται στην δημιουργία Διαιτολογίων για όλα τα στάδια της ζωής του ανθρώπου καθώς και για την διαχείριση και βελτίωση παθολογικών καταστάσεων. Στις συνεργασίες της, επιθυμεί να δημιουργεί μια προσωπική σχέση που θα επιτρέπει την άμεση επικοινωνία για την επίλυση κάθε απορίας και προβλήματος.

Διασφαλίζει στον καθένα πως δεν θα είναι μόνος στο "δρόμο" για την επίτευξη των διατροφικών του στόχων. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει πρώτον να κατανοήσει τη σχέση του ατόμου με το φαγητό, τις δυσκολίες που τον εμποδίζουν στην υιοθέτηση μιας υγιεινής διατροφής, τις ανάγκες της υγείας του, ώστε να του παρέχει ένα διατροφολόγιο εξατομικευμένο στις ανάγκες του και στις διατροφικές του προτιμήσεις.

Σκοπός δεν είναι μια προσωρινή αλλαγή, αλλά η υιοθέτηση ενός πιο υγιεινού τρόπου ζωής για τη βελτίωση του σώματος και της υγείας. Κάθε συνεργασία περιλαμβάνει προσωπικά διαιτολόγια, εκπαίδευση σε νέο τρόπο υγιεινής διατροφής στις ανάγκες της καθημερινότητας, παρακολούθηση προόδου με συχνή επικοινωνία για τυχόν δυσκολίες και προβλήματα καθώς και τρόπους για υγιεινή και νόστιμη μαγειρική.

Έχει μεγάλη αγάπη στη δουλειά της καθώς βλέπει πόσο μπορεί να βελτιωθεί η ποιότητα ζωής κάποιου αν αλλάξει τη διατροφή του, τόσο σε επίπεδο κοινωνικής ζωής αλλά κυρίως ως προς την ευεξία και την υγεία του. Μέσω αξιολογήσεων, ερωτηματολογίων θα εντοπιστούν οι ανάγκες και οι τομείς βελτίωσης που πρέπει να γίνουν στη διατροφή του κάθε ατόμου. Στόχος είναι να βρεθούν τα εμπόδια, όπως το στρες, οι περιορισμοί της καθημερινότητας ώστε να δημιουργηθεί ένα εξατομικευμένο πλάνο Διατροφής και συμβουλών που θα γίνει ο "οδικός χάρτης" προς τον στόχο του.

Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Ψυχολογία Διατροφής μέσω εκπαίδευσης και προσωπικής ενασχόλησης επειδή το θεωρεί πρωτεύον στην υιοθέτηση και τήρηση ενός νέου πρότυπου υγιεινών συνηθειών και στην παράλληλη διακοπή ανθυγιεινών προτύπων διατροφής. Αν ζητηθεί υπάρχουν έξτρα συνεδρίες και εργαλεία ώστε να επιτευχθεί και θεραπευτικό κομμάτι στην σχέση του ατόμου με το φαγητό και την ψυχολογία. Η προσωπική φροντίδα του κάθε ατόμου είναι ουσιώδης για μια καλή συνεργασία ώστε να υπάρχει εκπαίδευση και ενδυνάμωση ώστε να γίνουν βιώσιμες αλλαγές.

Kontogianni Eirini is a Pediatrician with 10 years of experience in managing acute and chronic cases and maintains a private practice in Charilaou, Thessaloniki. She handles the full age spectrum from neonatal to adolescent stages.

She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since 2021 has been serving as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Upon completion of her medical studies, she worked at the Skiathos Health Center, fulfilling her mandatory rural service. She worked as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Giannitsa, the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," and completed her specialty training at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" in Athens. My name is Maria Athanasopoulou and I hold a degree in Dietetics – Nutrition from the University of Crete. After many years of professional experience in the private sector, I decided to specialize by combining my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for children. I attended pediatric nutrition seminars and, seeking a more comprehensive education, I chose to pursue postgraduate studies in pediatric nutrition through the first accredited postgraduate program in Greece, offered by the University of Essex.

My philosophy as a nutritionist is to build strong and stable foundations in your relationship and your children's relationship with food. My primary goal is to provide guidance and education on new dietary habits to become a lifestyle, achieved through personalized and scientifically substantiated approaches.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Additionally, she has worked with a wide range of clinical cases as the chief dietitian at a group of diagnostic centers, and previously served as the head dietitian for a large gym chain.

Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Additionally, she is a graduate of the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity" program, certified by the British NCfED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). She works as a freelancer with a professional practice license and has over 20 years of experience. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the head of the Dietetic Department at the Municipal Clinics of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios, Attica, managing numerous cases of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, hypercholesterolemia, pregnancy, etc. Her practical training took place at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Furthermore, her work has been published in the EFAD e-journal: Angeli-Kilitsian M., Meintani J. Quality of Life in Greek Hemodialysis Patients Correlated with Anthropometric Evaluation, EFAD e-journal 2015;2(1):13-14. Within the framework of continuing education, she has attended seminars on topics such as "Diabetes Mellitus," "Genetics," "Special Education and Training," "Evidence-Based Medical Nutrition," and "Metabolomics and Clinical Application in Autoimmune and Chronic Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as participation in workshops, conferences, and webinars.

Η κυρία Καραλή Άινο Αμαρυλλίς ειναι Παιδίατρος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στη Νέα Ιωνία. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της, είχε την ευκαιρία να εργαστεί ως εκπαιδευόμενος ιατρός στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο North Karelia Central Hospital της Φινλανδίας. Έχει λάβει μέρος σε εκπαιδεύσεις για Εξειδικευμένη Υποστήριξη της Ζωής στα Παιδιά (APLS) και για Υποστήριξη της Ζωής του Νεογνού (NLS). Τέλος, η ιατρός διατελεί επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική υπεύθυνη στο κοινωνικό παιδιατρείο «Ο Καλός Σαμαρείτης», και είναι συνεργάτης και τέως επιμελήτρια στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «ΙΑΣΩ », στο τμήμα των επειγόντων περιστατικών. Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas," and the Neonatal Unit of the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She has particular expertise in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, having worked as a scientific associate in the Endocrinology Department of the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Η Κογκόλη Μαρία με επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα για χρόνια στο κέντρο αδυνατίσματος DNA αποφάσισε να δώσει σε ώριμη ηλικία κατατακτήριες και να εισαχθεί στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Ξανά στα θρανία με ώριμη σκέψη, φρέσκια γνώση και πλούσια γευστική κουλτούρα από τα ταξίδια της ανά τον κόσμο.

Με το επόμενο επιχειρηματικό της βήμα δημιούργησε το Κέντρο Διατροφικής Αλλαγής Change Eat. Με την εκπαιδευτική (ως Φυσικός) και την διαιτολογική της εμπειρία συνδυάζει την εκπαίδευση και την ψυχολογική στήριξη των ανθρώπων. Συμμετέχει εθελοντικά με ενεργό ρόλο εκπαιδευτικού σε επιμορφωτικά ιατρικά συνέδρια, με θέματα διαταραχών διατροφής, σε επίπεδο πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας. Σημαντική κρίνεται η συμβολή της στην ενημερωτική προσπάθεια διατροφικών διαταραχών στα σχολεία όπως και σε βιωματικά σεμινάρια διατροφικής προσπέλασης σε ογκολογικούς αρρώστους με αποτέλεσμα την μεγάλη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους, προληπτικά και θεραπευτικά.

Kalentakis Dimitrios is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Petroupoli. He studied at the Democritus University of Thrace, obtaining a degree from the Medical Department, and holds a degree in Biology from the University of Crete. He has worked as a Pediatric Resident at the General Children's Hospital of Penteli, gaining extensive experience, as well as a Family Pediatrician at the Local Health Unit of Petroupoli. In his fully equipped clinic, he addresses issues related to allergy assessments, gastroesophageal reflux, dyslipidemias, eczema, jaundice concerns, management of childhood obesity, and also performs vaccinations from the neonatal period through adolescence, aiming at the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of all relevant conditions.

Zeinentin Subchia is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Melissia. She was born in Athens and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed his compulsory field service at the General Hospital of Chalkida and specialized in pediatrics at the General Hospital of Penteli Children's Hospital. She was trained in Paediatric Dermatology at the Athens Aphrodisiac and Dermatological Diseases Hospital "Andreas Syngros" and in Neonatology at the General Hospital "Elena Venizelos" and at the Neonatal Unit of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in "Fundamentals of Developmental and Behavioural Pediatrics", from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has participated in numerous pediatric conferences with talks and posters. He has taken part in several voluntary activities, such as blood donations, immunizations of needy children, pediatrician in national examinations of children with special needs. Finally, he is proficient in English, French and Arabic.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. She specialized in Medical Genetics with a focus on Nutrigenetics (Functional Genomics of Human Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition). Additionally, she has completed training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Coaching. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.

Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Additionally, she has completed practical training seminars at the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Concurrently, the Nutritionist is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, as well as the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrEspen). Since 2024, she has maintained her private dietetic office at 30 Emmanouil Portaliou Street in the center of Rethymno.

Giourga Filanthi BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. She has attended numerous seminars related to nutrition and has completed specializations in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her goal is to provide personalized nutritional solutions, tailored to the needs, lifestyle, and objectives of each individual. She focuses on weight management, improving health in chronic conditions, supporting cases of eating disorders, as well as nutritional education across all age groups. She believes that nutrition is not merely a diet but a lifestyle that can bring balance, well-being, and long-term health. Her purpose is to support every individual with guidance, encouragement, and positive energy, enabling them to develop healthy habits that will accompany them throughout their lives.
