Vlaserou Olympia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of "Dietetics & Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University, and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is a certified professional in eating disorders, having obtained the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). For her thesis, she participated in the epidemiological MEDIS study (Mediterranean Islands Study), with a research focus on "Consumption of infusions and BMI in the elderly." Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Vlaxou Evita is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Peristeri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University and completed an internship at the General Children’s Hospital "Agia Sofia" during her studies. She has conducted awareness campaigns and delivered lectures on nutrition for the elderly at all K.E.F.I. centers in the Municipality of Peristeri, as well as on nutrition in infancy, childhood, and adolescence through various presentations and interactive talks at private and public kindergartens and schools in Western Attica. Mpelekos Vasilis MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Korydallos. Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Παιδιατρικής από την Α’ Παιδιατρική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Παίδων «Π. & Α.
