Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada. He is a graduate of Military Medicine (SSAS), which trains Medical Officers of the Armed Forces who simultaneously attend the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Kalogeropoulos Petros MD, PhDc is a Nephrologist with private practices in Chalandri and Argos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and is a doctoral candidate, with a dissertation titled "The effect of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors on renal function in patients with primary glomerular diseases in remission" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During his specialty training, he was trained in all areas of Nephrology (clinical nephrology, glomerular diseases, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, routine outpatient clinics for chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, and follow-up of recent transplant patients), in the placement of central venous catheters under ultrasound guidance, in performing native kidney and renal graft biopsies, in urine sediment analysis, and in renal ultrasound imaging. He maintains a private practice within the Top Meds Private Multiclinic in Nea Smyrni. He is a graduate of the University of Patras and completed his training at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he subsequently worked as an assistant vascular surgeon. He received further training in the United Kingdom at St. George’s University Hospital, covering trauma and aortic disease centers in Southwest London.
