Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

Mat Nutrition - Matatsi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains her private practice in Edessa and also holds appointments in Athens, in the area of Dafni. Dimitris Kakouros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaly University of Technology. During his studies, he completed his internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he gained experience with clinical cases. Subsequently, he worked at the private dietetic office of Emmanuela Foteinou - Model Wellness Center, managing weight regulation cases. On an educational level, he has collaborated with private educational institutions such as "IEK ALFA" and "Metropolitan College" in the Departments of Dietetics and Physical Education. As part of his continuing education, he has obtained a certified diploma in Sports Nutrition from a university in Spain (Barcelona Innovation Hub) and a master's degree (MSc) from Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Molecular Nutrition."
