Η Γιαννίτση Δήμητρα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και πραγματοποιεί κατ' οίκον και διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες. Είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Η μεταπτυχιακή της έρευνα αφορούσε την επίδραση των τροφίμων με προβιοτικά στα λιπίδια του αίματος σε άτομα με υπέρβαρο και παχυσαρκία. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της, πραγματοποίησε την κλινική της πρακτική άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Βόλου «Αχιλλοπούλειο», όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στην αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ασθενών. Επιπλέον, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χημική Υπηρεσία Βόλου, διευρύνοντας τις γνώσεις της σε θέματα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και φροντίζει να ενημερώνεται διαρκώς για τις εξελίξεις της επιστήμης της διατροφής μέσω της συμμετοχής της σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια, σεμινάρια και προγράμματα συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Παράλληλα δραστηριοποιείται ως εκπαιδεύτρια στο ΙΕΚ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ. Επιπρόσθετα, είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας της Φιλοσοφικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, γεγονός που αναδεικνύει το ευρύ ακαδημαϊκό της υπόβαθρο και την πολυδιάστατη προσέγγισή της στη γνώση. Βασικός της στόχος είναι η παροχή εξατομικευμένης, επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης διατροφικής φροντίδας (evidence based nutrition), βοηθώντας κάθε άνθρωπο να βελτιώσει την υγεία, την ποιότητα ζωής και τη σχέση του με το φαγητό.

Manolitsaki Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates a private practice in Heraklion, Crete. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Crete. Subsequently, she completed her internship at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, in the Nutrition and Dietetics department, during which she participated in weekly outpatient clinics providing dietary services (taking dietary and medical history, anthropometric measurements, designing personalized nutrition programs, dietary counseling) to both adults and children. Additionally, she monitored hospitalized patients in the hospital wards to develop individualized diet plans according to their clinical condition. Finally, she specializes in pediatric and adolescent nutrition as well as obesity and metabolism.

Manolaraki Marina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private practice in Heraklion, Crete. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Sitia, Crete. During her career, she worked at Global Gym and YAVA fitness centers as a Nutritionist - Dietitian Consultant and collaborated with the General Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio – Pananeio". Currently, she is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists and actively participates in lectures, interactive games, and summer nutrition camps organized by the Municipality of Heraklion. Additionally, she has attended numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops on Cretan nutrition and health, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and public health. In her practice, she provides dietetic support based on advanced diagnostic equipment and the most up-to-date scientific knowledge.

Teliopoulou Xaroula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Chania. She holds a degree from the University of Greenwich and has received training at the Hellenic Open University. She has extensive experience in body composition analysis, anthropometric measurements, dietary behavior modification, and nutritional education, and manages conditions such as adolescent obesity, weight gain, and proper nutrition. She has worked as a Deputy Inspector for the approval of licenses for Dietetic Units at the Chania Health Center, as an External Collaborator - Nutritionist for the football team "A.O. Platanias Chania," as well as for the football team "Panakrotiriakos A.O." Additionally, she regularly attends conferences and contributes articles to the press, and has participated in research conducted by the University of Greenwich on Diabetes. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association and The Nutrition Society.

Volonaki Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Heraklion, Crete. She has been trained at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, Department of Nutrition & Dietetics. She has worked at the General Hospital of Sitia. She specializes in nutritional counseling, sports nutrition, diabetes, as well as nutrition during pregnancy. In her private practice, she offers a wide range of services, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Additionally, she has completed practical training seminars at the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Concurrently, the Nutritionist is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, as well as the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrEspen). Since 2024, she has maintained her private dietetic office at 30 Emmanouil Portaliou Street in the center of Rethymno.
