She has worked on nutritional support for individuals with special needs at the "Athena" Boarding House of the Society for Psychosocial Development and Psychotherapy, and has also served as the lead dietitian for the Municipality of Marousi in the European program "Paidiatrofi Epode," aimed at preventing childhood obesity. In recent years, she has focused on the practice of mindful eating, emphasizing the psychological management of obesity and binge eating disorder through proper education on balanced nutrition and the use of a non-restrictive approach. Giannakitsa Vera is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs a private dietetic practice in Koukaki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in Crete and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on "Environment and Health: Management of Environmental Issues Affecting Health." Her undergraduate thesis on the "Correlation between Bulimia and Obesity," as well as her master's thesis on the "Impact of Pesticides, particularly Glyphosate, on Health," were awarded excellent grades. She completed her internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Neo Faliro. Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute.
