Georgios Sarris MD, MSc, is a General Surgeon, Deputy Director of the 3rd Surgical Clinic at Errikos Dynan Hospital, with a private practice in Nea Erythraia. Ο Φιστόπουλος Ιωάννης είναι Γενικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Παλαιό Φάληρο. Το 1988 γίνεται δεκτός μετά από εξετάσεις στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Cluz-Napoca στην Ρουμανία (U.M.F. Μετέπειτα, ξεκινά την εκπαίδευση του για την απόκτηση της ειδικότητος της χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Αντικαρκινικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραιά “Μεταξά”, στη Β΄ Χειρουργική Ογκολογική κλινική. Υπό την καθοδήγηση του αείμνηστου Δ/ντου κ.Ευλογημένου πήρε μέρος σε πολλά και διαφορετικής βαρύτητας ογκολογικά χειρουργεία. Συνεχίζει την εκπαίδευση του στην Α’ Χειρουργική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Ν.Ε.Ε.Σ “Ερυθρός Σταυρός” υπό την καθοδήγηση και συνεχή εκπαίδευση του καθηγητή χειρουργικής Εμμ.Τιερή, Δ/ντή της κλινικής, παράλληλα λαμβάνει μέρος στην καθημερινή λειτουργία και στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα της μονάδος λαπαροσκοπικής χειρουργικής η οποία αποτελούσε αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της Α΄ Χειρουργικής Κλινικής με επιβλέποντα Δ/ντη τον κ Β.Λαοπόδη.
