He has participated in numerous European and international conferences and advanced training programs. Regarding his professional experience, he has many years of teaching experience in adult education, serves as an external lecturer at the Medical University of Berlin, and is a scientific collaborator of the Master's Program "Global Health – Disaster Medicine" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Endocrinology, as well as in Pathology, at the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Melissia "Amalia Fleming". Alongside her private practices, she currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the Medical Diagnostic Center "Praxis Hygeias," and in the past, she was the Scientific Director of the Endocrinology Department at the South East Aigaion Clinic in Mykonos. Through her training in life coaching, she focuses on the self-motivation of the people who trust her and on their self-commitment in order to achieve the goals they have set. Also, nutritional programs are always drawn up in collaboration with clients, taking into account particularities, preferences, health issues, working hours, medication, physical activity, and general lifestyle. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training).
