Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Maria Mpalogianni is a Specialist Pathologist and has maintained a private practice in Nea Smyrni since 2011. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. After her rural service, she completed a clinical attachment at Whittington Hospital in London in Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, and Emergency Medicine. Tzaves Ioannis is a Specialist Endocrinologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. He trained in Endocrinology at the Piraeus Oncology Hospital "Metaxa," where he served in the Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and remains the most important center for thyroid ultrasound training. Τελείωσε την 5ετή εκπαίδευση στην Κλινική της Παθολογικής Φυσιολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών του ΛαΪκού Νοσοκομείου. Υπηρέτησε από 9/3/2001 ως επιμελήτρια & Διευθύντρια από το 2016 έως το 2023 στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Ασκληπιείο Βούλας ως ειδικός παθολόγος & από το 2008 έως 2023 επιστημονικά υπεύθυνος του εξωτερικού Διαβητολογικού Ιατρείου αυτού. Επιπλέον διετέλεσε από 1992 έως 1997 Διευθύντρια στην Θεραπευτική Κλινική Αθηνών Συγγρού 202 Καλλιθέας.

Ioanna Skrapari MD, PhD is an Internal Medicine Specialist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Argyroupoli. She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the Alexandra General Hospital of Athens. She holds a Doctorate degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a specialization certificate in Diabetes Mellitus. Currently, after many years of experience, she is a Director at the National Health System (ESY) at the Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens and Head of the Diabetology Clinic in the 3rd Internal Medicine Department of the same hospital. She has participated as a speaker in numerous medical conferences and scientific seminars and has a substantial body of written work with publications in international and Greek scientific journals.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Dr. Kouveletsou Marina, MD, MSc, PhDc, is a Military Physician, Specialist in Internal Medicine – Diabetology, and maintains a private practice in Kallithea, while also serving as a Consultant at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. She is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Medical Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School and the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS).

She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 1st University Teaching Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko” and at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. She holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in “Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity” from the Medical School of the University of Athens with distinction (“Excellent”) and is specialized in diabetes mellitus and its complications at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko.”

She has completed certified training in Emergency Management (Advanced Life Support – ALS Provider) from the European Resuscitation Council, as well as emergency medicine training programs (Advanced Trauma Life Support – ATLS, Prehospital Trauma Life Support – PHTLS, Basic Life Support – BLS).

In her clinic, she manages cases of diabetes mellitus, obesity, arterial hypertension, elevated cholesterol, lipid disorders, metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, as well as general internal medicine conditions, approaching each patient individually with emphasis on prevention and early diagnosis.

She is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Hellenic Diabetes Association, as well as the Hellenic and European Atherosclerosis Societies. She has an extensive research background with published papers in international medical journals and presentations at Greek and international scientific conferences.

Lemonidou Anastasia is a General Practitioner maintaining a private practice in Kolonaki. She is a certified trainer from the University of Crete (health coach) specializing in chronic respiratory conditions, with postgraduate studies in Emergency Medicine from the University of West Attica. Additionally, she holds certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras and has worked as a Consultant at the Metropolitan Private Hospital.
