She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

Gouliaris Antonios is an Internal Medicine specialist with a private practice in Glyka Nera.
