Maria Mixailidou MD, FACS, FASCRS is a General Surgeon maintaining a private practice within the HYGEIA Hospital in Marousi. She studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras and continued her medical training in the USA. There, she conducted clinical research in the Department of Emergency Surgery, Trauma, and Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, under Harvard University, and specialized in General Surgery at the University of Arizona. Additionally, she specialized in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Penn State University. She possesses significant clinical experience having worked in clinics in the USA, as well as extensive scientific and research experience, reflected in numerous publications in international scientific journals and chapters she has authored in international surgical textbooks.

Ioanna Papadopoulou is a General Surgeon and maintains private practices in Cholargos and Glyfada. She performs exclusively laparoscopic surgery for benign and malignant conditions of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, gallbladder and bile ducts, as well as all types of abdominal wall hernias. She received her Medical Degree from the “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi in 2012. In 2021, she completed further training in Surgical Oncology, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Finally, in 2023, she received additional training in the latest methods for managing complex diaphragmatic hernias and reflux at the Symposium on Innovation in Surgery in Malta.

Ziozia Vasiliki is a General Surgeon, Senior Registrar of the 1st Surgical Clinic at IASO and maintains a private practice in Nea Irakleio. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master's degree in "Surgical Anatomy" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Ziozia has received a scholarship from the Hellenic Surgical Society to obtain her postgraduate degree, as well as a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Coloproctology for specialization in colorectal and anal surgery at St Thomas’ Hospital in London. She initially specialized in Surgery at the General Hospital of Rethymno and subsequently at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." During 2022-23, she served as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Colorectal Department at St Thomas’ Hospital in London. Dr. Ziozia has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and courses and has authored many publications, as well as oral and poster presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Society of Coloproctology.

Mitsogianni Maria is an Internal Medicine - Oncology Specialist based at YGEIA-MITERA Hospitals in Marousi. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Thoracic Oncology" as well as her doctoral thesis at the same university.

She has worked for 7 years in Germany at Klinikum Oldenburg, Johanniter Krankenhaus Rheinhausen, and Marienhospital Düsseldorf, specializing in the fields of Medical Oncology and Palliative Care. In Greece, she has worked at the Oncology Hospital of Kifisia "Agioi Anargyroi" and served as a collaborator at the Oncology Unit of the "Sotiria" Hospital.

She holds the ESMO Examination Certificate from the European Society for Medical Oncology.

She has attended numerous conferences and educational seminars both in Greece and internationally, has a significant number of international publications, and participates as a lecturer in postgraduate programs at the University of Athens.

Since 2022, she has been a collaborator and Head of Clinical Studies at the 4th Medical Oncology Clinic of DTKA YGEIA and is the attending physician at MITERA Hospital.
