General practitioners (GPs)

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​

Η Κωνσταντίνα Γαβριηλίδου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Κυψέλη. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής της Ιατρικής Κρήτης και έλαβε την ειδικότητά της, έπειτα από τετραετή εκπαίδευση, στο Βενιζέλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Ηρακλείου Κρήτης. Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού συλλόγου Αθήνας.

Papadopoulou Elina is a physician specializing in General Family Medicine. She operates her private practice, “FamilyMed Center,” in Argos and Kiveri. She specialized at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas.” She has received additional training in emergency prehospital medicine, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and infections. She is also trained in medical acupuncture. She holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. She worked for 20 years in the National Health System (ESY), the last 12 years as a Consultant at the Lygourio Health Center, with on-call duties at the Nafplio and Argos Hospitals. She held the positions of coordinator of the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) of Argos and supervisor for the National Public Health Organization (EODY) for the Argolis Prefecture (KOMY) during the pandemic. She has attended numerous conferences and has produced a significant number of papers related to the broader field of primary health care.

Voultsidis Nikolaos is a General Practitioner and maintains a private practice in Thasos. He provides electronic prescription services as well as the issuance of certificates to citizens with activated electronic prescription. He completed his studies (MD) at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, Department of Medicine. He has worked in the specialty of General Medicine at the "Papanikolaou" General Hospital, as a Senior Registrar at the Thasos Health Center, and as a Locum GP for the HSE in Ireland.

Ο Μιχαλίτσης Μάρκος είναι Γενικός Ιατρός - Οικογενειακός Ιατρός - Ιατρός Εφαρμογής Βελονισμού και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην περιοχή της Γιάννουλης στην Λάρισα. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρική Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Ο γιατρός πραγματοποιεί επίσης online συνεδρίες, βιντεοκλήσεις, κατ' οίκον επισκέψεις, συνταγογραφήσεις και παρακολούθηση χρόνιων νόσων.

Ilias Kouslis is a General Practitioner - Family Physician and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and specializes in General - Family Medicine, with training at the Piraeus General Hospital "Tzaneio." He has acquired substantial clinical experience by working in Emergency Departments, chronic disease clinics, and COVID-19 units, while actively participating in mass vaccination programs during the pandemic. Additionally, he served as a resident physician in Health Centers in Amorgos, Kalyvia, Vyronas, and Megara, strengthening the connection between Primary Health Care and the local population. He completed his postgraduate studies in Public Health at the University of West Attica, with a research focus on evaluating the reliability of information regarding diabetes on social networks. He has presented related studies at national scientific conferences. Currently, he operates a General - Family Medicine practice in Nea Smyrni as a contracted personal physician with EOPYY, offering comprehensive health care services, prevention, and management of chronic diseases. Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Dr. Karagiannaki Anastasia, MSc, PhD, is a Specialist Physician in General - Family Medicine, Scientific Collaborator of the Pathology Department at the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and the Emergency Department at "Agios Loukas" Clinic, and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly (M.D.). She has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Eating Disorders Center "With a New Disposition" in Thessaloniki. Her clinical experience includes many years of service as a Specialist Physician in the Pathology Clinic of the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and in the Emergency Department at the General Hospital "Agios Loukas" of Thessaloniki, as well as extensive previous training as a Resident Physician at the General Hospital of Larissa, Hippokratio Hospital of Thessaloniki, Agios Pavlos Hospital of Thessaloniki, and the General Hospital of Volos. Farri Agathi is a General/Family Physician with a private practice in Peristeri. She is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health. Additionally, she has completed a postgraduate training program in Emergency Prehospital Medicine. Antoniadi Kallirroi is a General Family Physician and runs a private General/Family Medicine clinic in the city of Piraeus. His clinical interests include the management of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia - atheromatosis, arterial hypertension, osteoporosis, as well as acute infections (respiratory, urinary, digestive systems). His private practice is fully equipped with an otoscope, electrocardiographs, the capability to measure glycated hemoglobin (HBA1C), lipids, and more. Finally, the physician is a member of the Hellenic Society of Atherosclerosis.

Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Gkika Xara is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Ilion. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." She has been practicing general medicine for 20 years, serving both the public healthcare system and the private sector. She has extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, anemia, osteoporosis, respiratory diseases, as well as handling acute cases. Her core principles include an emphasis on prevention and, above all, a holistic approach to the patient.

Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

H κ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας της στο κέντρο υγείας συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα Sentinel για την επιδημιολογική επιτήρηση λοιμώξεων του ΕΟΔΥ.

Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών (MSc) στη «Διαχείριση Γήρανσης και Χρονίων Νοσημάτων» από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο. Η διπλωματική της εργασία πραγματεύτηκε τις νεότερες εξελίξεις στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 2 (ΣΔ2) και την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών.
