Η κα Στεφανίδου από την πρώτη στιγμή μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη. Ένιωσα ότι με άκουγε πραγματικά, χωρίς να με διακόπτει ή να με κρίνει, κάτι που για μένα ήταν πολύ σημαντικό. Ο τρόπος που με προσέγγισε ήταν ανθρώπινος και ουσιαστικός, δείχνοντας σεβασμό, κατανόηση και ενσυναίσθηση. Δεν γνώριζα πώς προσεγγίζει η CBT το πρόβλημά μου και τι δουλειά θα χρειαζόταν από μέρους μου για να πετύχω το στόχο μου. Συνειδητοποίησα ότι απαιτείται χρόνος, επίμονη προσπάθεια & μία προσγείωση χαρακτήρα. Από τη πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία ένιωσα πολύ άνετα και ασφαλής, ώστε να συζητήσω μαζί της τα θέματα που με απασχολούν. Ένιωθα ότι με άκουγε προσεκτικά την ώρα που μιλούσα και με βοηθάει να καταλάβω και να διαχειριστώ τα συναισθήματά μου. Φαίνεται πως έχει πολλές γνώσεις πάνω στο αντικείμενό της.
