Απευθύνθηκα στην ψυχολόγο λόγω κρίσεων πανικού, χωρίς να γνωρίζω τι τις προκαλούσε. Μέσα από τις συνεδρίες μας με βοήθησε να κατανοήσω από πού προέρχονταν και να βρούμε τρόπους να τις διαχειρίζομαι. Η προσέγγιση ήταν συνεργατική και βασίστηκε στο να με ακούει ουσιαστικά και να προχωράμε μαζί βήμα-βήμα.
