Πήγα στην κυρία Παππά γιατί ήμουν σε μια δύσκολη φάση και δεν ήξερα από πού να ξεκινήσω. Από την πρώτη κιόλας φορά με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα, χωρίς να με κρίνει ή να με πιέζει. Μιλάει απλά, σε ακούει πραγματικά και σε βοηθάει να δεις τα πράγματα λίγο πιο καθαρά. Δεν λέει μεγάλα λόγια, αλλά αυτά που λέει βγάζουν νόημα. Με βοήθησε να βάλω κάποια πράγματα στη θέση τους και να ηρεμήσω. Τη συστήνω σε όποιον θέλει να μιλήσει με έναν άνθρωπο που καταλαβαίνει και δεν το παίζει “ειδικός”.

Πολυ καλη και εμπειρη ψυχολογος !!Στην αρχή δεν ήξερα τι να περιμένω, αλλά με τον καιρό κατάλαβα πόσο βαθιά με βοήθησε. Δεν μου έδινε έτοιμες λύσεις, αλλά με καθοδηγούσε ώστε να μάθω να στηρίζομαι στις δικές μου δυνάμεις. Ένιωθα ότι με άκουγε πραγματικά, με σεβασμό και κατανόηση. Τη συστήνω με όλη μου την καρδιά.

Έψαχνα πολύ καιρό να βρω ψυχολόγο με τον οποίο θα έχω καλή χημεία για να με βοηθήσει. Η Εμμανουέλα ήταν επιτέλους μια επαγγελματίας που αμέσως με κατάλαβε και ενιωσα ότι με ηρέμησε από τη πρώτη συνεδρία ! Σε μια φάση που ζορίζομαι πολύ συναισθηματικά είναι ότι χρειαζόμουν .
